We get it. It’s a super frustrating time for Canada Post to go on strike. Many of you had orders that had just shipped and were excited for your items, like Advent Calendars, to arrive to make your Christmas magical for yourself and/or your loved ones.
Unfortunately, we are unable to get back any orders that are in Canada Posts hands, meaning that until mail is moving again, our hands are completely tied. All orders that had not left our head office are being sent with UPS and any new orders placed online since the strike began are all shipping with UPS.
At this point, we are unable to refund orders that are already in transit, or provide replacements through UPS. Our team worked hard to create your Advent Calendars and while we understand the frustration on trying to make your countdown to Christmas sweet, Canada Post are the ones holding up your order and not us. We are a small business trying our best and we can’t provide refunds to an order that has already been processed and left our hands. Once mail is moving, your order currently in transit will arrive.
A little kindness towards our team (and all businesses going through this) will go a long way! We appreciate your continued business and we hope that Canada Post is up and running again soon so you can enjoy the items already in transit to you.
