Jenna Rae Cakes is looking for a Full Time Store Supervisor!
The Store Supervisor acts as the on-site manager ensuring that operations run smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service.
This role involves overseeing daily activities, training staff, managing incoming food delivery app orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The Store Supervisor is responsible for creating a positive customer experience and fostering a respectful and motivated team environment.
📍 Location: YWG Airport, 2000 Wellington Ave
🧁 Availability: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 9pm.
What you’ll do:
☺︎ Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service by treating them with respect and maintaining a positive attitude.
☺︎ Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations during shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
☺︎ Staff Training: Train and mentor new and existing staff on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service techniques to ensure high performance.
☺︎ Team Management: Supervise retail associates, providing support and guidance to help them work to the best of their abilities.
☺︎ Order Management: Efficiently manage incoming food delivery app orders, ensuring they are prepared and delivered in a timely manner, as well as ensuring in-store orders are prepared correctly and ready for pick up.
☺︎ Inventory and Waste Maintenance: Place daily orders. Oversee daily inventory management for all products. Monitor stock levels closely to prevent over-ordering and excess inventory. Track, record, and analyze all product waste, including expired, damaged, or unsellable items. Request more product, or send back excessive product, in a timely manner, in correspondence with daily/weekly sales trends.
☺︎ Customer Service: As requested, ensure exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the Order Operations Manager with administrative tasks through Zendesk and Shopify.
☺︎ Workspace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
☺︎ Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and the COO, relaying any issues or feedback to improve operations and customer experiences.

Qualifications:
☺︎ 1+ years in a customer service–driven job required
☺︎ Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is an asset
☺︎ Ability to work well independently and with others
