Our Pumpkin Spice Macaron starts with a chewy shell dusted in cinnamon sugar, then is filled with a silky pumpkin spice buttercream. To make it, we bake a pumpkin pie filling completely from scratch using real pumpkin purée, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Once baked, the filling is blended until perfectly smooth, then whipped with our signature buttercream, extra spices, and a splash of our Liquid Pumpkin Spice. The result is a macaron that’s sweet, spiced, and oh-so comforting — like autumn wrapped up in a delicious dessert.
