Our classic vanilla sponge cake is filled with cookie dough flavoured buttercream topped with chunks of cookie dough is pressed between each layer of cake. A smooth, ivory buttercream finish is the perfect base for a mouth-watering chocolate ganache drip, more cookie dough buttercream and even more cookie dough chunks!

Please note that our cakes are 4 layers high, so slices are best served thin. Our cakes are deceivingly large! Sprinkles, colours and decorations may vary slightly from the pictured design.

Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream. Cakes are best when enjoyed within 3 days after purchase.

    So Easy, So Delicious

    This was the first time ordering a cake from JRC- for my sons 4th birthday. The process was super simple- a couple clicks and it was ordered! The island lakes location is nice and close so pickup was convenient and the cookie dough cake itself was very good! Nice and dense, and the cookie dough throughout the cake was a huge hit. We had 30 people at the party and the cake served everyone with leftovers- we were shocked. Would absolutely order again!

    I got this cake for my son’s 17th birthday and they all loved it. I ordered the smallest size and it was enough for 9 people with leftovers for the next day. It was not too sweet and went well with chocolate ice cream.
