(1 week notice) When you have a large gathering to serve, there's nothing better than a sheet cake! We've taken this party staple and gave it a JRC spin with our elevated flavours, refined style, and gold letters. 

Each sheet cake serves ~48+.

One Size (~48+ servings)

Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream. Cakes are best when enjoyed within 3 days after purchase.

    70th Anniversary

    The sheet cake I ordered for the celebration of

    my parents’ 70th Wedding Anniversary was great. Unfortunately the cake wasn’t at the celebration. Though I understand that the error was mine (I had delegated the cake pickup to a sibling for the day of the celebration, a Sunday, when Jenna Rae cakes are closed), I would suggest a reminder call sooner than 10 minutes before closing time (especially on a Saturday) would have gone a long way to ensuring the guests got to taste this great cake. As it was, we weren’t able to pick up the cake until Tuesday (since the store is also closed on Monday). On a positive note, the staff and residents of the PCH where my parents reside were able to enjoy the cake! I don’t mean at all for this review to be negative and I don’t know what the ideal solution might be. It is simply food for thought.

    This cake is large and in charge…of feeding a crowd! We went with the marble cake and vanilla buttercream. Classic JRC taste and quality.
